You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use this website and subscribe to our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
 

3. Account Registration and Security

To access our database, you are required to provide personal information, including but not limited to your name and email address.
You agree that:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
     

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

  • Our subscription service is priced at $49.95 for a 3-month access period.

  • Payments are processed through our third-party payment processors.

  • You authorise us to automatically renew your subscription at the end of each 3-month period, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

  • To cancel your subscription, please visit your account settings or contact our support team.

  • All fees are non-refundable once paid.
     

5. Data Use and Privacy

  • We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and other details you provide in order to manage your subscription and deliver our services.
